La Cour Blanche is a three double-bedroom house with two bathrooms (one en-suite), a snug lounge, a kitchen/dining area, and a courtyard offering al fresco dining and bbq facilities, and will accommodate up to 7 people. The property has been exquisitely decorated, furnished and equipped to a high standard. It is available for holiday rental throughout the year, and is situated in the beautiful town of Verteuil-sur-Charente, in the Charente department of France. Please note that the property was built in 1923, and it has not been possible to renovate the property to accommodate people with accessibility issues without losing the original character of the house. Regrettably, therefore, the house is not suitable for the infirm or disabled. Additionally, we do not allow pets in the house. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard, but not in the house itself.
